In fact, there are multiple dedicated support numbers for each branch of the organization, so you don’t have to worry about getting transferred multiple times just to find the right department.

If your issue isn’t terribly urgent, there are plenty of other support options available which include:

Pricing (Software and Hardware)

Contract Terms

Heartland Payment Systems has a relatively standard contract – It’s a 3-year term that auto-renews if you don’t provide a cancellation notice 90 days before the end of the contract. Any early termination results in a $295 early termination fee.

This is standard in most cases where you sign on with a processor to get equipment leased, or receive reduced-rate services. Keep in mind that many sales reps are willing to negotiate in order to close on new accounts, so it’s possible to have early termination fees removed, or get contract term lengths reduced to as low as a year.
